First Load-Out for Hornsea 3 – Completed!
On 20 October 2025, our team in Świnoujście, Poland, successfully carried out the first of 21 planned load-outs
of Concrete Working Platforms (CWPs) for the Hornsea 3 offshore wind farm, in collaboration with Ørsted and Cadeler.
This milestone marks the start of a new phase in deliveries – operations will continue until September 2026, covering the transport of 197 fully outfitted platforms and MP doors.This achievement reflects the outstanding dedication and teamwork of Aarsleff BIZ, Ørsted, and Cadeler, whose professionalism and attention to detail drive one of the largest offshore wind projects in the world.
Following the successful load-out, the vessel is now sailing to the Port of Tyne (UK), where a foundation mock-up will take place
an important preparatory step ahead of future installation campaigns. Located approximately 160 km off the Yorkshire coast, UK, Hornsea 3 will become one of the largest offshore wind farms in the world, with a capacity of 2.9 GW – enough to power more than 3 million UK homes with clean, renewable energy.
